Job Description:
Sogo Teleshopping Company is looking for a dedicated and responsible HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee coordination, and supporting day-to-day HR operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and hiring process for telesales and office staff
Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
Manage employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with team leaders for manpower requirements
Maintain employee attendance and basic HR reporting
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle recruitment and employee coordination
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Prior HR or recruitment experience will be preferred
