Hiring: HR Executive
📍 Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (Work from Office)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹22,000/month
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage Recruitment and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day HR activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Source and screen candidates through various job portals.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare offer and appointment letters.
Support employee onboarding.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
Experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
Bachelor's degree (HR or a related field preferred).
