Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer releases.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation and induction.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
- Manage daily attendance, leave records and monthly payroll inputs.
- Coordinate salary processing, employee benefits and statutory compliance.
- Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to company rules and procedures.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace discipline.
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations and internal communications.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment reports and other HR-related documentation.
- Manage employee separation, exit interviews, clearance, full & final settlement and relieving letters.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end HR operations.
- Basic understanding of payroll and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.
