The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, training, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
Coordinate manpower requisitions from departments.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and references.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening and maintain recruitment records.
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Employee Onboarding & Exit
Complete joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee personal files and records.
Conduct induction programs for new employees.
Manage resignation, clearance, and full & final settlement processes.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance through biometric systems.
Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
Resolve attendance and leave-related issues.
Payroll & Benefits
Prepare monthly payroll inputs.
Coordinate salary processing.
Verify overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
Assist employees regarding salary and benefits queries.
Statutory Compliance
Maintain compliance related to EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
Support submission of statutory returns and records.
Maintain employee compliance documents.
