HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations)

Location: Kalyan West
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 /month (based on experience)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Hire candidates for Tele-calling, Admissions, Teaching (CCC / Tally / Excel), and Branch Managers

• Use low-cost hiring sources like local colleges, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and job portals

• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and close positions quickly

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Issue offer and appointment letters

• Complete KYC (ID proof, address, education, bank details, photos)

• Conduct Day-1 joining and orientation

• Maintain proper employee records

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

• Track daily attendance and leaves across branches

• Share accurate payroll inputs (attendance, incentives, deductions) with Accounts

4. Performance & Discipline

• Support monthly performance reviews

• Handle warnings, PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), and employee exits properly

5. Training & Compliance

• Coordinate induction training for new staff

• Ensure all branches follow company policies

• Maintain HR processes and documentation

6. Employee Engagement

• Organize activities like birthdays, recognition, etc.

• Handle employee concerns and improve retention

7. Reporting

• Submit weekly HR reports (hiring status, attendance, attrition, etc.)

• Maintain confidential HR data

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills

• Experience in recruitment and HR operations

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Ability to handle multiple tasks
