Job Details:
Position: HR Executive
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Location: Chennai(Villivakkam)

Industry Requirement:
Candidates must be from the same industry background only. Profiles from corporate sectors will not be considered.
Candidates with industrial HR experience are mandatory.
Preference will be given to candidates from Tier-2 companies only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
• Managing attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
• Maintaining statutory compliance and HR compliance activities
• Handling employee relations and grievance management
• Coordinating with different departments for HR operations
• Managing payroll inputs and HR MIS reports
• Ensuring smooth joining and exit formalities
• Supporting training and employee engagement activities
• Maintaining HR policies and company procedures
• Experience in industrial HR operations and compliance is mandatory
