Roles & Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

• Employee onboarding and induction coordination

• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation

• Supporting training & development activities

• Handling employee engagement and retention activities

• Coordinating internal communication between departments

• Supporting HR policy implementation and compliance

• Managing attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR operations

• Assisting in performance management process

• Coordinating with management for HR-related requirements
