Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding)
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct initial HR interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities
Ensure smooth onboarding process
