The HR Executive will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent and oversee payroll administration.
Sourcing & Screening: Use job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and employee referrals to build a candidate pipeline.
End-to-End Coordination: Manage the process from initial phone screening to final technical interviews and salary negotiations.
Onboarding: Prepare offer letters and coordinate the induction process for new joins to ensure a smooth transition.
Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring funnel.
Data Management: Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and employee master data.
Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding salary discrepancies or tax-related questions.
Audit Readiness: Maintain registers and documentation required under the Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, or relevant local labor laws.
