Job Summary
Shri Tirupati Hospital is seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time HR Executive to manage human resource functions, staff coordination, recruitment, attendance monitoring, and employee documentation. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and experience in healthcare or hospital HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Coordinate recruitment of doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records and credential documentation.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain personnel files and HR documentation.
Ensure staff licenses, registrations, and certifications are updated.
Monitor compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Track staff attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Coordinate with accounts department for salary processing.
Verify attendance data and leave balances.
Maintain records related to overtime and duty rosters.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
Training & Performance Management
Coordinate staff orientation and training programs.
Assist management in performance appraisal processes.
Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
Administrative Support
Prepare HR reports and manpower status reports.
Coordinate staff meetings and HR communications.
Support accreditation and audit-related HR documentation (NABH, insurance audits, etc.).
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (hospital experience preferred).
Knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, PF, ESI, and employee documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare/hospital HR management.
Ability to manage recruitment independently.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HR software and attendance systems.
Working Hours
Part-Time (3–5 hours per day or as per hospital requirements)
