Job Responsibilities – Internal HR Executive
Manage day-to-day internal HR operations and employee management.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records and punctuality.
Handle employee joining, onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and experience letters.
Maintain employee personal files, HR databases and documentation.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing and provide attendance inputs to the accounts team.
Track employee probation periods, confirmations and performance appraisals.
Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace concerns.
Implement HR policies, office rules and disciplinary procedures.
Monitor employee performance, productivity and attendance.
Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
Coordinate employee feedback sessions and support employee retention.
Maintain HR trackers and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and records.
Coordinate with management regarding employee-related matters.
Manage office administration, stationery and other day-to-day office requirements.
