We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, sourcing, and onboarding activities to meet organizational talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interview scheduling
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in recruitment/HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk hiring or NGO/education sector (if applicable)
Good organizational and coordination skills
