Job Overview
Sevalaya is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates while supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain job descriptions.
Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate assessments/tests.
Advertise job openings across relevant recruitment channels.
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and resume databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
