Set To Go specializes in commercial kitchen solutions, Plug & Play Kitchens, Kitchen as a Service (KaaS), commercial kitchen construction, equipment, and interior design. We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day human resource activities.

Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, handling attendance and leave management, and supporting HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, and leave records.

• Assist with payroll processing, salary inputs, and employee documentation.

• Manage employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are communicated and followed.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management.

• Track recruitment status and prepare regular HR reports.

• Support exit formalities, employee clearance, and full-and-final settlement coordination.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in HR is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee documentation.

• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, and HR management tools.

• Basic understanding of payroll and applicable labour law compliance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet recruitment deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR software.
