We are looking for a motivated HR Executive / IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, maintain employee engagement, and assist in basic HR operations including attendance, payroll, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).

• Manage job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Apna, Naukri, etc.).

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Maintain employee attendance records and assist in monthly payroll processing.

• Support employee engagement activities and basic floor management.

• Maintain HR documentation, offer letters, and employee records.

• Assist management with day-to-day HR operations and internal communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 6 months–2 years of experience in HR / recruitment (IT hiring preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to multitask.
