We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Professional to manage recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of HR processes.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation and induction.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievance redressal.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Oversee payroll inputs, leaves, and performance tracking.
Prepare HR reports and manage HR documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage confidential employee data with integrity.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Organize workshops, team-building activities, and performance reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in HR (immigration industry is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HRMS, MS Office, and HR best practices.
Ability to handle multitasking and work under deadlines.
