Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with up to 2 years of experience supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee records management, attendance & payroll support, compliance, employee engagement activities, and employee grievance handling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination).
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
Ensure smooth joining and induction of new employees.
2. Employee Records & HR Documentation
Maintain employee files (personal, statutory, and performance records).
Update attendance systems regularly.
Handle confirmation, increment, transfer, and exit documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
Monitor daily attendance, leave, and shift records.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for salary processing.
Assist in resolving payroll-related queries.
Maintain statutory registers and records.
4. Statutory Compliance Support
Support compliance related to PF, ESI, and other labor laws.
Assist in audits and statutory inspections.
Maintain compliance calendars and documentation.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address basic employee queries and concerns.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Promote a positive workplace culture.
6. Training & Development Support
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
Assist in tracking training effectiveness and attendance.
Support learning and development initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR
BBA with HR specialization
