1. Recruitment & Selection Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding. Lead bulk hiring initiatives to fulfill staffing needs across departments. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements. 2. HR Compliance Handle PF & ESIC responsibilities including maintaining leave records, employee onboarding/offboarding records, and generating monthly challans. Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies. 3. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Address grievances professionally and timely. Promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement. 4. HR Administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Assist in creating and updating HR policies. Collaborate with other departments to support seamless HR operations. 5. Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process including evaluations and feedback sessions. Help managers in handling performance issues and development planning. 6. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs. Assess the effectiveness of training and recommend improvements.
