Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
Coordinate with employees and internal departments for HR-related activities.
Assist with payroll inputs, employee salary-related queries, and statutory documentation.
Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Non-IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, and Indeed.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and email communication.
Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Eligibility
Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Experience in bulk hiring and walk-in interviews will be an added advantage.
