Job Title: HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection.
- Post job vacancies and screen resumes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Assist with payroll and salary coordination.
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR operations.
