We are currently hiring for the position of HR Executive at our Hyderabad office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hiring: Create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and hire.

Follow-Up with Recruits: support and retain new employees during onboarding.

Motivating Employees: Inspire efficiency with feedback and recognition.

Monitoring Work Flow : Track tasks, ensure productivity, and address delays.

Managing Payroll Activities, Hiring Processes.

Employee Engagement : Plan activities to boost morale and foster collaboration.

Track daily activities and submit reports to the management team.

Please note: Responsibilities may evolve over time based on business needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma, Graduate or above

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge in Google Sheets/MS Excel, MS Office and general computer skills

Good speaking and presentation skills.

Languages Required:

English, Telugu

Pay Scale: Salary Range upto 15,000/- per month + Incentives.

Incentives Upto 20,000 Per moth depends on work.
