Source and recruit candidates for NBFC sector roles through various channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

Schedule interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Meet hiring targets within defined timelines

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
