The key responsibilities for the HR manager will be:
1) Handling all HR related matters like salary queries, PF ESIC compliance, Attendance queries etc.
2) Preparation of salary sheet as per the that Is provided in a timely and prompt manner.
3) Filling of all staff applications and maintaining staff files in order.
4) Liason with the labour consultant regarding any changes in labour laws.(E.g. PF, ESIC etc.)Maintaining legal compliance with labour laws for the company.
5) Organizing activities and team building activities for the staff.
