Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, and HR coordination while ensuring smooth workforce operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and shift tracking
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and exit procedures
Coordinate with operations and management for manpower requirements
Address employee queries related to HR policies, shifts, and payroll coordination
Monitor discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies
Assist in employee engagement activities and performance tracking
Prepare daily/weekly HR reports
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Executive or Recruiter (BPO/Call Center experience preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labor compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
Night shift availability is compulsory
