HR Recruiter – Job Opening

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate calls and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding candidate requirements.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with joining formalities and onboarding.

• Meet recruitment targets within the required timelines.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.

• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

• Prior HR/Recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
