Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment data and follow-ups
Payroll:
Prepare monthly payroll data
Maintain attendance, leave, and salary records
Assist in salary processing and payroll documentation
Resolve basic payroll-related employee queries

Required Skills:
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of recruitment and payroll process
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good coordination and record-keeping skills
Experience in payroll & recruitment will be an advantage
