JOB DESCRIPTION – HR EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹25,000–30,000
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida
Gender: Female

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

   • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting & coordinating interviews.

   • Maintain candidate database and ensure timely hiring as per company requirements.

   • Conduct onboarding & induction for new employees.

2. Employee Relations

   • Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide necessary support.

   • Maintain a positive and healthy work environment.

   • Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.

3. HR Operations

   • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

   • Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS & documentation.

   • Support HR policies implementation.

4. Payroll & Compliance Support

   • Assist in monthly payroll inputs—attendance, leaves, overtime etc.

   • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory norms.

   • Coordinate with accounts/consultants for PF, ESIC, and other compliance activities.

5. Performance Management

   • Track KPIs, collect reviews, and support appraisal processes.

   • Coordinate training & development programs for employees.

6. Administrative Support

   • Coordinate office administration tasks when needed.

   • Manage communication between departments and HR.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of HR compliance will be an added advantage.
