1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultants.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Schedule interviews with department heads.

• Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of positions.

2. Employee Onboarding

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

• Conduct new employee orientation.

• Maintain employee documents and personal files.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

• Monitor daily attendance and leaves in HRMS.

• Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll inputs.

• Manage employee queries related to attendance and salary.

4. HR Operations

• Maintain employee database in Excel/HR software.

• Draft HR letters (experience letter, transfer letter, warning letter, etc.).

• Handle employee grievances professionally.

5. Employee Engagement

• Organize celebrations, activities, and events.

• Conduct surveys to improve employee satisfaction.

6. Policy & Compliance

• Support in implementing company HR policies.

• Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

• Ensure company rules and code of conduct are followed.

7. Exit Formalities

• Handle resignation process, exit interview, and clearance.

• Prepare full & final settlement inputs.
