Job Description

We are hiring HR Executives for multiple reputed clients in Siliguri. Candidates with experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination and talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate selection.

• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media and other channels.

• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Handle joining and onboarding formalities.

• Maintain employee and recruitment records.

• Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and HR reports.

• Coordinate with management and different departments for manpower requirements.

• Handle employee communication and day-to-day HR activities.

• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality.

• Support employee engagement and other HR-related activities as required.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; HR/Management qualification will be an advantage.

• 1–4 years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience is mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Email.

• Strong coordination, follow-up and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements.

• Candidates from HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Staffing or Corporate HR backgrounds are preferred.

• Male & Female candidates can apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills, current salary and suitability for the position.
