Job Details

Position: HR Executive
Qualification: B.Com / MBA (HR & Finance) / BA
Experience: Relevant experience in HR operations
Languages Required: Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

Manage manpower planning and resource allocation
Handle payroll processing, ESI, ECR, PT, and statutory compliance
Support and coordinate audit processes, including scheduling and resource allocation
Conduct recruitment using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, WorkIndia, and Job Hai
Organize employee onboarding, induction, and training sessions
Conduct meetings and ensure smooth HR operations

Key Requirements

Hands-on experience in technical HR functions and payroll management
Ability to manage a workforce of 100+ employees
Strong interpersonal and employee engagement skills
Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
