Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Salary computation, TDS deductions, CTC structuring, and salary slip generation using HRMS tools.
Statutory Compliance: PF, ESI, and Professional Tax (PT) deduction, documentation, and filing of monthly/annual returns.
Documentation & Filing: Updating employee records, managing joining/exit formalities, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Administration: Maintaining MIS reports, staff attendance, biometric management, and coordinating employee services.
Essential Skills:
Knowledge of PF Act, ESIC regulations, and state-specific PT laws.
Proficiency in Excel and payroll software.
Strong analytical skills for data validation.
Good communication for employee grievance handling.
