Functional Area – HR Executive
· Hiring shop-floor staff, engineers, supervisors, and office personnel as per production needs.
· Monitoring attendance, leave records, shifts, and overtime for factory and office staff.
· Supporting payroll processing and statutory deductions like PF, ESI, and other compliances.
· Ensuring compliance with factory laws, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
· Assisting in appraisals, performance reviews, and employee evaluations.
· Coordinating training programs for safety, technical skills, and employee development.
· Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintaining workplace harmony.
· Supporting safety initiatives, medical benefits, and employee welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities – HR Executive
· Handle recruitment of shop-floor workers, supervisors, engineers, and office staff as per manpower requirements.
· Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
· Maintain attendance, leave, shift schedules, and overtime records for factory and office employees.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations.
· Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations.
· Coordinate training programs related to safety, technical skills, and employee development.
· Maintain employee records, HR MIS reports, and data confidentiality.
· Implement and communicate HR policies, rules, and procedures.
· Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR-related issues.
