Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage majorly recruitment activities along with basic HR operations. The role involves handling end-to-end hiring processes, candidate coordination, onboarding support, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancy.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct initial HR screening rounds.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

• Handle offer letter rollout and joining coordination.

• Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring MIS reports.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

HR Operations:

• Support onboarding and documentation process.

• Maintain employee records and attendance data.

• Coordinate for employee engagement and HR activities.

• Assist in payroll inputs and leave management.

• Handle employee queries and daily HR coordination.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of HR operations.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification

• Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
