Job Title: Executive - HR

CTC Offered: 15,000 – 20,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities.

• Handle employee relations and address employee concerns.

• Assist in performance management and employee evaluations.

• Coordinate training and development initiatives.

• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies.

• Support compensation & benefits processes.

• Maintain HR records.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.

• Manage conflict resolution and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
