We are looking for an HR Executive to join a leading manufacturing company to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, payroll, and Compliance for the organization for MIDC Taloja, Navi Mumbai location.
Job Role:
Handle end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setup, including attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance, shifts, leave, and overtime.
Process monthly payroll and coordinate salary disbursement.
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, exits, grievances, and shop-floor HR activities.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of payroll & labour law compliance.
Experience in factory/manufacturing HR operations.
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems & MS Excel.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Qualification - Graduate with a minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in any manufacturing organization. MBA in HR preferred.
