About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and support overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Handle onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR MIS
Assist with attendance and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and ensure smooth communication

Requirements:

Graduate in HR/Management or related field
6 months to 2 years of experience in HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
