About Us

Legal Capital Law Firm is a growing legal organization committed to delivering quality legal services across multiple practice areas. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to support our recruitment and HR operations in our Bangalore branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Conduct HR interviews and maintain candidate databases.

• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate attendance, leave records, and employee data.

• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Generalist activities.

• Experience in recruitment using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.

• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hiring for legal, sales, or corporate roles.

• Knowledge of HRMS and recruitment tracking.

• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
