The HR Recruiter will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement and end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and job functions.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.

• Search and identify suitable candidates based on job descriptions and client requirements.

• Use Boolean search techniques to identify relevant profiles.

• Build and maintain an active candidate database.

Candidate Screening

• Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening.

• Assess candidate experience, skills, qualification, salary expectations and notice period.

• Present relevant candidates to the recruitment team/client.

Recruitment Coordination

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Track offer, joining and onboarding status.

Client Requirement Management

• Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements.

• Identify appropriate candidate profiles for different industries and positions.

• Work on multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.

• Coordinate with senior recruiters and recruitment managers to close positions within timelines.

Recruitment Targets & Performance

• Achieve daily and monthly sourcing and recruitment targets.

• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and candidate records.

• Generate quality CV submissions against assigned requirements.

• Focus on interview conversions, offers and successful candidate joining.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong candidate sourcing ability

• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn

• Basic understanding of Boolean search

• Good follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills

• Ability to understand job descriptions

• Strong coordination and negotiation skills

• Good MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

• Ability to work with multiple requirements and deadlines

• Target-oriented and result-focused approach

Candidate Profile
