🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR; MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) preferred

🔹 Role Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and developing a strong talent pipeline in line with the company's manpower and growth requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Management
• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Understand manpower requirements in coordination with department heads
• Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews
• Shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
• Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Consultants and References
• Build and maintain a candidate database for future requirements
• Develop campus hiring and internship tie-ups

Consultant & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate and manage recruitment consultants / agencies

🔹 Key Requirements

✅ MBA in HRM / BBA in HRM preferred
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
✅ Manufacturing / Factory HR experience preferred
✅ Shop-floor HR exposure preferred
✅ Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
