Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented individual who wants hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.

As an HR Executive, you’ll be involved in recruitment, employee management, and day-to-day HR operations—making this a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures)

• Handle onboarding and employee documentation

• Maintain HR records, databases, and trackers

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries

• Support performance management and review processes

• Assist in employee engagement activities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in Human Resources

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a plus

• Open to working in night shifts
