Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee lifecycle activities: joining, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation.
Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS accurately.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure statutory compliance.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
Address employee queries and assist in employee relations and engagement activities.
Assist in training coordination and learning & development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Collaborate with managers to support organizational HR requirements and initiatives.
