Role Overview

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for factory, site, and office roles.
This role plays a key part in ensuring timely manpower availability for production and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand manpower requirements from Production, Site, Design, QC, and Admin teams
· Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals
· Source candidates through portals, referrals, local networks, and walk-ins
· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
· Coordinate interviews with department heads and technical teams
· Handle offer follow-ups, joining confirmation, and onboarding formalities
· Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring MIS
· Support documentation, employee records, and basic HR coordination

Skills & Capabilities

· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
· Experience in blue-collar and site hiring is an advantage
· Familiar with job portals and basic recruitment practices
· Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
· Good follow-up discipline and record-keeping

Capacity

· Handle factory, site, and office hiring simultaneously
· Manage recruitment for multiple live projects
· Ensure timely closures and high offer-to-joining ratio

Eligibility

· Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
· 1 – 4 years experience in recruitment
· Experience in Construction / PEB / Manufacturing / Engineering industry preferred

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
