We are looking for energetic, result-oriented HR professionals who have hands-on experience in bulk recruitment, field sourcing, HR operations and employee engagement.

🎯 Role Objective:

To drive large-scale recruitment for our clients across retail stores, factories & offices, warehouses, central/ cloud kitchens offices across India.

The role will also involve managing HR operations, coordinating with client representatives and driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates (Retail Sales Executives, Technicians, Supervisors, Kitchen Staff, Warehouse Staff and candidates for similar profiles) from:

  • Field Sourcing – Poaching from the competitor

  • Local Referrals

  • WhatsApp groups – should have good database.

  • Job Portals

  • NGOs, Skill Development Centers, and it is hiring experience will be preferred

  • Government & private job fairs

• Create and maintain a strong candidate database

• Coordinate interviews (in-person and video calls) with internal teams and client representatives

• Joining formalities for selected candidates

• Maintain good relationship with the client representatives

• Handle full recruitment process – job posting, calling, messaging, follow-ups

• Ensure positions are filled on time with quality candidates

• MIS

• Manage HR Operations

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Preferably MBA HR with 1–5 years in bulk / mass hiring) & HR Ops experience

• Understanding of payroll and compliances

• Strong in sourcing, poaching, headhunting, and WhatsApp groups

• Good connections with NGOs, Skill Councils, ITIs, and Job Fair Organizers will be preferred

• Can organize recruitment drives using calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.

• Basic computer skills – Excel, job portals

• Good communication and coordination skills (Hindi/English preferred)

Bike/Two wheeler: Must
