HR Recruiter – Pharma Consultancy

We are looking for Fresher / Experienced HR Recruiter to join our Pharma Recruitment Consultancy team Placement and Beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team leaders to understand staffing needs and job specifications.

• Source candidates through databases, job boards, networking, and employee referrals/portals.

• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and candidate databases.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment process during the hiring process
