HR Executive

Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Plot No 142, Sector 53, Phase-5, Kundli Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana – 131028

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of ESI and PF, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees.

• Manage payroll, salary processing, and benefits administration.

• Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations.

• Maintain employee records and documentation accurately.

• Conduct training, coaching, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Support performance management, retention, and motivation programs.

• Address employee queries and grievances through mediation and support.

• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, ESI, and PF.

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
