We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team in the BFSI sector.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly hiring targets
