Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be able to handle HR responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations

• Handle employee onboarding and induction.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.

• Assist in payroll by maintaining attendance and leave data.

Employee Engagement

• Organize employee engagement activities and events.

• Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.

• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

• Assist in implementing HR policies.

• Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or any graduate with relevant HR knowledge.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
