male only, Minimum 1 year experience needed,

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

 Maintain employee records, personal files, and attendance.

 Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

 Support payroll preparation and ensure accurate attendance data.

 Coordinate performance appraisal processes.

 Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.

 Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners.

 Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance.

 Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.

 Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) in coordination with the accounts department.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR / Management.

 Minimum 1 years of experience in HR

 Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools.

 Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
