We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Prepare and update employee personal files and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing inputs.
Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain employee database in HRMS/Excel/ERP system.
Support performance appraisal and employee feedback process.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in disciplinary actions and maintaining workplace discipline.
Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.
Support statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Maintain records for resignations, exit formalities, and full & final settlement.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and company rules.
Support safety, welfare, and workplace culture initiatives.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
