Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. Your primary goal is to identify, engage, and hire top talent to meet our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Find potential candidates through job portals (like Job Hai), LinkedIn, and social media.

• Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Documentation: Maintain the recruitment database and handle offer letter generation/onboarding paperwork.

• Employer Branding: Represent the company professionally to build a strong talent pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment or human resources.

• Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.

• Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

• Attributes: High energy, ability to multitask, and a "people-first" attitude.
